We’re excited that you’re interested in our products. Our registration process is easy and quick.

  • If you’re interested in getting an AsukaBook, but are not a professional photographer or designer, please contact Studio Elle to order and for design services.

Who can register with AsukaBook?
AsukaBook products are available to professional photographers and designers for resale or promotions. To protect the integrity and confidentiality of our registered customers, we do not disclose our prices, or allow for ordering capabilities to the general public. For this reason, verifying professional status is imperative. When you submit your registration request, your business status will be verified and we may request further information. Please contact customer care if you have any additional question or are unsure if your business qualifies.

What if I'm not a professional, can I still order AsukaBook products?
Yes. Studio Elle can design and place an order for you.

What countries does AsukaBook service?
AsukaBook is an international company with many representatives across the world including Asia, South Pacific, Europe, Japan, Southern Europe, United Kingdom and the United States. You are welcome to register with the representative of your choice. View our global map to assist you in finding a representative.

Can I register without entering a web address?
Yes. You will need to enter all available information on the registration form and use www.none.com in the web address field. Once the registration form has been completed, please send an e-mail to info@asukabook.com.au that includes samples of your recent photography or design work, memberships in any professional photography associations, and how you would like to use AsukaBook for your business. AsukaBook Customer Care may contact you with additional questions to complete the registration process. Your cooperation with this process would be greatly appreciated.

How long will it take to receive my registration information?
Your account registration approval with your log in information, or a request for additional information, will be sent to you via email within two business day.

What happens if I forget my user information (User ID/Activation Code, Email, and/or Password)?
You may contact Customer Care, call 61-2-9319 0455 or click HERE to retrieve your Activation Code and Password via e-mail.

Can I change my user information (Email, Activation Code and/or Password)?
Yes. You may change your email and password, but your User ID/Activation Code cannot be altered. Log into your AsukaBook account and select 'Update Account' to update and review all contact information to ensure it is complete, current, and correct.
