Order Online
Click "Place Order" tab in the navigation bar and acknowledge that the files are conforming files by reading the information and then clicking the “I Agree” Link.
This will open the FileFlow uploads page. You will be prompted to install a java applet, please allow. Ensure that you have the latest version of Java installed on your computer (www.java.com for PC and “software updates” for Mac). Fill in the appropriate fields and then browse for the file(s) you would like to order. Please place all the book files (.pdf files) in one folder and upload the entire folder.
If you would like to add a Rush to your order or apply a promotional discount, please place this information in the Message Field, along with the desired shipping method.
Please ensure that you contact our administration office on 02 9319 0455 to provide your credit card details PRIOR to uploading, and ensure that sufficient funds are available to allow the transaction to be completed. For Bank Transfer (direct deposit) please ask for details prior to uploading your file(s). Please add a few days additional service time for direct deposit transfers.
After the upload completes, you will see a successful uploads notification, indicating success. If this page is not displayed and you did not receive an uploads successful confirmation e-mail from us, your upload may have been interrupted and was probably unsuccessful. If you do not receive an e-mail from us telling you that your file/s were downloaded by us successfully, please contact support. Mail Order
If you prefer not to place your order online, you can burn the PDF file(s) on a CD or data DVD and send it by mail. Please see your computer documentation for instructions on burning a CD or data DVD.
Please complete an Order by Mail form, a Credit Card Authorization form, and write the following information on the CD or DVD:
* Studio Name
* Customer Activation Code or E-Mail address
* Number of PDF files included

Additional Information
Turnaround Time:
You will receive your AsukaBook order in approximately 4 weeks from when your order goes to production. If the Rush Service fee was applied, you will receive your AsukaBook order in approximately 3 weeks. (This time-frame may vary based on your shipping location.)
Shipping:
All packages are shipped through our Courier service unless otherwise specified. Your shipping fee is calculated from Sydney, and is based on the weight of your order and your location. Some options are not available to your area; please enquire. You will be emailed tracking information once your order has been shipped. This does not occur if we are required to send packages with Australia Post.
Handling:
A handling fee is applied. Handling fee is $10.00 for up to 3 books and increases by an additional $10.00 for every 3 books thereafter. Handling fees are charged to cover a white glove review of your book and packaging. Please contact us for bulk order handling fee estimates.
Upload Times:
Files uploaded to us vary greatly and depend on the size of the file/s, your location, your ADSL plan and believe it or not, if there’s been very heavy rain in your area. Clients on cable connections are more stable but times vary depending on bandwidth usage. It is normal for our system to rush to 25% and then trickle through the remainder of the upload.
Order Cancellations:
Cancelling orders placed with AsukaBook Australia/NZ will incur a cancellation fee of 70% of the second book price if the file has gone into production. Files which have not gone to production can be cancelled without penalty.
