 Send the PDF file by internet |

Go to Place Order to login.
After Clicking the Order menu, Click the "Browse..." button to select your PDF file(s).
You can upload up to 3 files at a time. If you are claiming your first Display Book
discount, please ensure that the words STUDIO DISPLAY BOOK appear on the back
cover. The words must be clearly visible and be a minimum of 2” wide, (50mm).
Click the "Upload" button. Uploading time will depend on your internet connection. It
may take several hours to upload a large book.
After the upload completes, you will receive an e-mail, indicating your upload was
successful. If this page is not displayed, your upload may have been interrupted and
was not successful. If this happens, please try again or contact us for support.

If you prefer, you can put the PDF file on CD or data DVD and send it by mail. Please
see your computer documentation for instructions on burning a CD or data DVD. Write
the following information on the CD or DVD:
- Studio Name
- 6-digit User ID Number starting with 9b
- Number of PDF files included
You can send as many PDF files as you want! This is a good option when you have
more than 3 book orders to submit.

Files sent via Internet:
- After you've completed uploading the PDF file, you'll receive an upload confirmation
email within 24 hours.
- This email shows that the PDF file was successfully sent to us, but does not
indicate the order was verified.
- You will receive an 8-digit code as an upload number.
- Within 2 business days, you will receive an "Order Verification" email with a permanent 17-digit order number for your records.
Files mailed on CD:
Please go to the Place Order page to download "Order by Mail" form. Within 2 business days from receipt of your disc, we'll email you an "Order Verification" message with a permanent 17- digit order number for your records. |

Turnaround Time: You will receive your ASUKABOOK in about 4 weeks. 3 weeks
with Rush Fee applied. This may vary based on your shipping location. Our standard
shipping method is via Courier service.
Shipping & Handling Fee: Your shipping fee is calculated from Sydney, and is
based on the weight of your order. A handling fee of $10.00 per order is also applied.
Our Courierswill deliver your package without a signature. If this is a service you
prefer, please make the necessary arrangements with your local driver.
*Note: Files uploaded at different times of the day will incur separate shipping and
handling charges, as these fees are calculated at the time of upload. We may,
however, send you your books in one box if they are received at our distribution
center on the same day. We suggest that files are uploaded together in one folder.
Bulk Orders: Bulk Discounts are offered for quantities of 20 up to 100 books. |
