Once you have saved all your layouts in JPG format, just drag & drop the folder containing the JPEG files onto File Checker.

The program will check the pixel size, dpi, file names, color profiles, and so on to help ensure a perfect book!

The information window comes up and will show you the order details. Book size and style are automatically entered based on your page templates.

Please make sure the details are what you expected. You simply need to enter the number of copies and an optional Client Reference note.

You can enter up to 30 characters for the client reference.

You can enter up to 30 characters (including spaces) in the "Stamp Text" field for the Book Bound EX format. This is the silver hot stamping that is available on the front of the red or black slip case. Font is Mac system font “Skia”. Upper or lower case or a mixture is fine.

Press the OK button to generate the single PDF file for ordering. This PDF file contains all your page designs and the necessary order information. Please do not alter the file name which our FileChecker Utility generates.

Your file is now ready to send to ASUKABOOK Australia.
